TRADIMUSIC is a project carried out in a network with different partners from Catalonia (Obre’t Ebre and Espai de So), Valencian Community (Amics de la Biblioteca de la Fonteta and Rondalla La Comarcal ), Portugal (AJD and Arca de Sons) and Italy (Eurobox and Canavesse entity) and is financed by the Erasmus Plus (SEPIE) from European Union.
The main aim is to promote socio-educational and personal development through the creation of innovative digital tools for the transmission of popular music, as a feature of the European identity.
As a result of this project, we have created different teaching materials:
*TEACHING GUIDES of the instruments: traditional guitar and singing, bandurria, cavaquinho, and gironda.
*VIDEO TUTORIALS to help different interested groups, teachers, and students to know how to play the instrument.
*AUDIOS: to help to play the instrument and to enjoy listening.
In addition, the website includes an ONLINE MAP where the origin of the different associations and groups.

We want to establish a cooperation that generates synergies between different organizations at a local and international level, promoting active citizenship of adults and social cohesion. We want the web to be a medium that brings together different music with popular traditional roots so that in this way it gives value and strength to a heritage almost forgotten by the new generations and that is also a platform for the union of the villages.
With this project we want the musical legacy to be part of our history for a much longer time. Popular music is spontaneous and simple, but also very rich because it treasures deposit a great linguistic, intergenerational, and intercultural variety. A deposit formed over generations and generations. It is for this reason that we think that everyone can do it enjoy, dance it, sing, and play it.
If we can revive popular music we will prevent an entire world from disappearing.
